Issues with blogger!

Well I am not sure but my last post had no spaces! Sorry! Ok so I am asking again anyone have any suggestions or help for someone who is interested in running but has never run before like a plan or a workout guide or any help at all! This girl has never run and wants to run about 3 days a week while Breven swims at practice.

Start out hitting the pavement & see what you can handle without over doing it. I'd suggest depending on what kind of shape your in starting with 1-2 miles each time 3 times a week. If you want to venture into distance running then do your distance run once a week on the weekends. Keep mid week runs short. If you're doing it for fitness/weight loss then you don't need to do more than 4 miles, just do it often. Like 3-4 times a week. Good shoes are a must. Eat one hour prior to running, something fuel-ish like peanut butter toast. And eat after like fruit, or a smoothie. Make sure to stretch after wards every time. And remember it's always okay to walk :) Walk, jog, run....over time you'll build endurance. Good luck running is the best, you'll never understand the "runners high" till you're doing it & then you'll LOVE it Oh & mapmyrun.com can find you routes locally or you can trace what you ran OR use your phone's app run keeper & run with it it tracks your distance & your pace.
